Community

As families and staff join the Montessori School of Central Vermont we begin to realize that this is not just a school but a community. A community that grows friendships that last beyond the walls of the school house. The children form their own communities in the classroom. Children are "at work" in all different ways in the room, from sweeping and pouring, to working on addition and creating language books; each child developing and learning at their own pace and for their own needs. Naturally the adults supporting them form a bonded community as well, each connect to another, each nurtured by the other. Our community grows together with Montessori as the roots, continually giving bloom to peace, respect and friendships.
